Who Cares? Sanook mak
Nobody wants to think about climate change. It's sad and too many people tell us what to think. This makes it hard. We have to think for ourselves about some difficult ideas and sciences.
The good news is...the EARTH probably won't be destroyed
If you look at many studies of long periods of the earth, the planet might be alright in 1000 years.
Sadly, our lifestyles will end. Humanity is in danger, but the biggest danger is that our lifestyles will end. Soon we will have to make choices. With the world population at 6,697,254,041 (2008 source: World Bank) we will have to choose how we consume & how much energy we will use. Do you want a good quality of life or do you want everyones lives to be like living in the Rajabaht dormitory? The old teachers at Rajabaht will be dead before too many problems arrive. Unfortunately, even the young handsome Aj. Daniel will have to face some of the serious problems in his life. You young students will live in most of the problems that climate change will bring.
Check out this website to help you discover your energy usage (and practice your English)

As Rajabaht students, the easiest action you can do to help reduce energy usage:
1. Turn off all of the air-conditioners in the common room when you leave.
2. Turn off all of the air-conditioners and lights after classes.
3. Encourage teachers to use fans instead of air-conditioners.

What's friendship for you?
friendship is considered to be closer than association, although there is a range of degrees of intimacy in both friendships and associations. Friendship and association can be thought of as spanning across the same continuum
The conventional wisdom is that good friendships enhance an individual's sense of happiness and overall well-being. But a number of solid studies support the notion that strong social supports improve a woman’s prospects for good health and longevity. Conversely, it has been shown that loneliness and lack of social supports are linked to an increased risk of heart disease, viral infections, and cancer as well as higher mortality rates. Two female researchers have even termed friendship networks a “behavioral vaccine” that protects health and mental health.
While there is an impressive body of research linking friendship and health status, the precise reasons for this connection are still far from clear. Most of the studies are large prospective studies (that follow people over a period of time) and while there may be a correlation between the two variables (friendship and health status), researchers still don’t know if there is a cause-and-effect relationship, e.g. that good friendships actually improve health.
There are a number of theories that attempt to explain the link, including that: 1) Good friends encourage their friends to lead more healthy lifestyles; 2) Good friends encourage their friends to seek help and access services, when needed; 3) Good friend enhance their friend’s coping skills in dealing with illness and other health problems; and/or 4) Good friends actually affect physiological pathways that are protective of health
Friendship is the most important thing for us.

IC's uniforms
In Rajabhat university, all students have to wear the uniforms. But some IC students don’t’ like it, because they think they are studying in international program. Why do they have to wear the uniforms? Another countries don’t have to wear uniforms at all. It takes time to wear uniforms and it also not so comfortable to wear it. Some others students agree to wear uniforms, because they think it’s kind of preparing self for the work time. When they graduate, they have to work. It’s better to wear properly uniforms from now.

IC students life style
Almost all International students are Thai and some are Chinese. They learn English in class and take all courses in English. Almost all courses take 3 hours in each day. They have 10-20 minutes break time between each course. They have to come to class at 9.00. At the break time, they can go to buy something to eat or go to the washroom and take the break then. Students have to speak English in class but they do speak in class only. Many of them don’t speak English outside the class. They have to do some activities with the university such as, sports and some else activities.
Thai Language Problems
Problems of Thai language in IC
What’s the problem of Thai language in IC?
David : thai students speak thai a lot in the class and outside the class. International students should speak international language more like English
Do you think it is needed to use the book with thai language?
David : No, it’s difficult for students from another country. First year student have to study thai communication already. It is difficult for student who are not thai. Third year students have the translation class thai to English and English to thai. Chinese students never learned thai language. How can they pass the course?
This is the idea from an IC student.
